Warranty Policy

At Juggas, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every pair of Juggas Smart AI Glasses is covered by a 365-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

1. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Frame and lens defects caused by manufacturing issues
  • Battery or charging issues not related to misuse
  • Built-in electronic components (camera, microphone, speakers, sensors)
  • AI software functionality (if connected and used properly with updates)

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, minor lens marks)
  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, water submersion beyond IP67 rating)
  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Consumables (cleaning cloth, packaging, or accessories)

3. Warranty Period

  • Warranty is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of delivery.
  • After this period, repair or replacement services may be offered at cost.

4. Remedies

If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period:

  • We will repair the defective part, or
  • We will replace the product with a new one (same model or equivalent), or
  • We will issue a refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

5. How to Claim Warranty

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the warranty claim is valid, we will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired/replaced product.
  • Customers may be responsible for initial return shipping unless the item arrived defective.

7. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state under U.S. law.
