We collect this using cookies, log files, web beacons and pixels.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our payment processor, shipping carriers, and advertising platforms where you have interacted with our ads.

  • Payment processors, to charge your payment method and process refunds
  • Shipping and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order and provide tracking
  • Google, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand Site usage and measure advertising
  • Meta Platforms, where we run advertising on Facebook or Instagram
  • Email and customer service providers, to send transactional and marketing messages

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing of information with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws; see "Your rights" below to opt out.

We may also disclose your information where required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect our rights.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, including the categories of rights listed above.

Residents of Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights and may appeal a denied request by replying to our response.

Data retention

We retain your order information for our records and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, generally for a minimum of seven years. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including SSL/TLS encryption to protect information in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes
