1. Overview

This website is operated by JUGGAS ("Juggas", "we", "us"). By visiting juggas.com or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, each incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to purchase from this Site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their specifications accurately. Colours shown on screen may vary from the physical product depending on your display.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Where a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where quantities appear to be for resale, or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Product use and safety

Juggas AI Glasses include a camera and microphones. You are responsible for using the product lawfully. Laws governing the recording of audio, images and video vary by state and location. You must comply with all applicable laws, including consent requirements for recording others, and must not use the product to record in places where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.

The electrochromic lenses are not a substitute for prescription eyewear unless fitted with prescription lenses by a qualified optician. Do not use the product in any way that obstructs your vision while driving or operating machinery.

We are not liable for any misuse of the product.

6. Warranty

The electronic components carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the product's IP65 rating, lens scratches from normal wear, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal battery capacity decline over time.

To make a warranty claim, email support@juggas.com with your order number and a description of the fault.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography and software, is the property of JUGGAS or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the operation of the Site.

9. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites and you access them at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in Section 6, the Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUGGAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JUGGAS and its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
