Refund policy

At Juggas, your satisfaction comes first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Only new, unused items in their original packaging and in perfect condition are eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping within the United States  is free.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

If the return is made for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect delivery, damaged items, or defective goods.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery.

You may exchange an item for a different color, size, or a product of equal value.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Hygiene or intimate items, such as opened cosmetics, supplements, or earrings

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please attach photos and a short description of the issue.

We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
