1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Express Shipping United States

Shipping cost: Free
Delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch
Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 business days from the order date

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or seasonal demand may occur.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

If the issue was not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives late, is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work promptly with our shipping partner to find a quick resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
