Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We cannot ship to freight forwarders.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order. There are no shipping charges at checkout and no import duties, as all orders are shipped domestically within the United States.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at weekends or on public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Handling time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) of the order cut-off.
Transit time
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive.
Total delivery time
4–8 business days from order to delivery for all US destinations.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer than the ranges above. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or peak seasons, which are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional cost.
Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbours and household first, then contact us at support@juggas.com within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
